By accessing, using, subscribing or contributing data to yourSRI, or by checking the „I accept these terms of use“ button, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms of use.
1.2 If you do not agree to these terms of use, you may not use yourSRI or the services.
1.3 These terms of use as well as the information and materials contained in the yourSRI website (“yourSRI”/“home page”) are subject to change from time to time without notice.
2. No Offer or Recommendation
2.1 Information that is released on the yourSRI website or in the publications does not constitute an enquiry, an offer or a recommendation of any product to buy or sell, transaction to conduct or service to prefer. 4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 The entire contents and the structure of the yourSRI website and its subpages are protected by copyright. All rights are reserved. The reproduction (in full or in part), transmission (by electronic or other means), modification or use of the websites for public or commercial purposes are prohibited without the prior written consent of the CSSP AG. In the event of any permitted copying, redistribution or publication of copyrighted material, no changes in or deletion of author attribution, trademark legend or copyright notice shall be made and no ownership rights shall be transferred.
4.2 CSSP AG, or the applicable third party owner, retains all right, title and interest (including copyrights, trademarks, patents, as well as any other intellectual property or other right) in all information and content (including all text, data, graphics and logos) on the yourSRI website.
4.3 CSSP AG reserves the right, at any time and from time to time, in the interests of its own editorial discretion and business judgment to add, modify, or remove any of the information.
4.4 Systematic retrieval of content from the yourSRI website to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory (whether through robots, spiders, automatic devices or manual processes) or creating links to the yourSRI website without written permission from the CSSP AG is prohibited.
4.5 Grant of License to Subscribers (yourSRI Members):
The right of subscribers to use yourSRI and the content that is available in or through yourSRI constitutes a license. Subscribers are granted a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to yourSRI content conditioned on the subscriber's continued compliance with these terms. Subscribers may view, download and print yourSRI content for their personal and internal business use, provided that all hard copies contain all copyright notices and trademark legends, and all other applicable intellectual property and proprietary marks and notices.
4.6 Grant of License by Contributors (yourSRI Company):
4.6.1 The term "data contribution" means any electronic data file, content, material or any other information submitted by you (directly or indirectly), to yourSRI.
4.6.2 You hereby grant the CSSP AG a license to use your data contribution. Such license is perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable, and includes the rights to, in the CSSP AG’s sole discretion, use, modify, adapt, house, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit (in whole or in part) your data contribution and statistical summaries, analysis results, and other statistical derivatives that the CSSP AG may prepare from time to time and to incorporate the content in other works, in any and all markets and media, whether now known or hereafter developed, throughout the world in perpetuity, including by providing direct access to third parties to the data included in your data contribution to search, index or create custom reports from such data (each "permitted use").
4.6.3 You hereby agree that the CSSP AG has no duty to consult with, obtain the consent of, pay or render an accounting to you for any permitted use of your data contribution.
4.6.4 You hereby agree that the CSSP AG, in its sole discretion, has the right to reject any data (in whole or in part) in your data contribution.
4.6.5 Subject to those rights granted to the CSSP AG and other subscribers in these terms, you retain all of your ownership rights in your data contribution and you, and not the CSSP AG are responsible for all uses by subscribers of your data contribution and any content originating from your data contribution.
4.7 Restrictions on Use by users:
You may not sell, loan, lease or rent access to, or use of, yourSRI. You shall not use yourSRI or yourSRI content at any time for any purpose that is unlawful, prohibited, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability or otherwise violates any law, and you shall comply with any applicable local, state, national or international statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances, decrees, laws, codes, orders, regulations or treaties (collectively, "laws") when using yourSRI. You may not use yourSRI or yourSRI content to construct a database of any kind. You may not store yourSRI content, in its entirety or in any part, in databases for access by you or any third party or distribute any database services containing all or part of the services. You will not use yourSRI or yourSRI content in unsolicited mailing or spam material.

You may include a link on your website to the yourSRI home page, currently located at [https://www.yoursri.com]. You may not link to an internal or subsidiary page of yourSRI website that is located one or several levels down from the home page, or bring up or present yourSRI content within another website without prior written approval from CSSP AG.

8. E-Mail Communication
8.1 The internet is an universally accessible medium. Ordinary e-mail messages sent over the internet are neither confidential nor secure. They may be viewed by third parties, lost, intercepted or altered. E-mails may circulate across national borders, even if both sender and recipient are located in the same country.
8.2 CSSP AG shall not be liable to you or anybody else for any damages incurred in connection with any messages sent to CSSP AG using ordinary e-mail or any other electronic messaging system.
9. Support and Helpdesk
CSSP AG provides online help functions (user manual, instructions for use, tips) and a helpdesk (e-mail support). The helpdesk solely answers questions related to the functionality of www.yoursri.com. The electronic helpdesk is unable to answer questions relating to problems arising from users’ hardware or software.
10. Severability Clause
To the extent that any provision of these terms of use is found by any competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed not to be part of this disclaimer but such finding shall not affect the validity, lawfulness or enforceability of the remainder of these terms of use in that jurisdiction, nor shall it affect the validity, lawfulness or enforceability of these terms of use in any other jurisdiction.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The use of the website as well as the terms of use and legal hints are governed by Liechtenstein law.
Exclusive jurisdiction is Liechtenstein.
